Grants

The Litigation Section is organized to promote the ends of justice through education and non-profit activities and services which improve the administration of our justice system, which advance public education and understanding of our judicial system, and which are sensitive to the needs of the public as well as the legal profession.

The grant program awards varying amounts to promote educational and charitable activities that improve the administration of our justice system, advance public education and understanding of the judicial system, and are sensitive to the needs of the public and the legal profession. The Litigation Section Grant Program seeks to support and promote programs which improve and support the Texas justice system through research, services, publications, institutes, forums, and public education.

2021-2022 Grant Program:

February 1 – April 15, 2022 at 5 p.m. – Application period for Grants
May 15, 2022 – Grant recipients will be notified on or before this date. 
 

All grants and internships for the 2021-22 Bar year have been funded and recipients are being notified. If you did not receive a grant/internship, please consider applying again next year.
