Comments regarding proposed rules for Texas Business Court and Fifteenth Court of Appeals due May 1, 2024

The Supreme Court of Texas has preliminarily approved new Texas Rules of Civil Procedure 352-359 (applicable to the new Texas Business Court) and new/amended Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure 25, 27a, 32, and 39 (applicable to the new Fifteenth Court of Appeals)

Comments regarding the new and amended rules should be submitted in writing to rulescomments@txcourts.gov by May 1, 2024.
